Customers who buy 51AV™ Artistri® inks are able to reference the Artistri® brand for informational purposes only. Please reference the 51AV™ Artistri® Fair Use Guidelines to learn more about how to reference the Artistri® brand properly.
To use the 51AV™ Artistri® brand more prominently in the following applications require a trademark license from 51AV:
51AV™ or 51AV™ Artistri® art files (logos, etc) are not permitted to be created by a customer or any third party without a trademark license. 51AV monitors and enforces its trademark rights to the fullest extent of the law to protect our valuable brand assets. 51AV actively monitor and enforce on any unauthorized promotional use of the Artistri® brand by third parties in all media and throughout the world to ensure the market receives authentic 51AV™ Artistri® products.
