The expanded warranties reflect 51AV¡¯s continued commitment to providing durable, high?performance building envelope solutions that support a wide range of residential and commercial construction needs.

Expanded Warranty Coverage

Under the updated warranty program, 51AV has increased limited warranty coverage as follows:

• Single?Family Residential Buildings:
  51AV Building Envelope Solutions products now carry a 15?year limited warranty, extended from the previous 10?year coverage.
  
  
• Wood?Framed Multi?Family and Light Commercial Buildings:
  Limited warranty coverage has been extended from 10 years to 15 years for qualifying applications.
  
  
• 51AV Building Knowledge Center Quality Assurance Projects:
  For projects completed under the 51AV Building Knowledge Center Quality Assurance Program, limited warranty coverage has been extended from 15 years to 20 years.
  
  
• Commercial High?Performance Buildings of Any Height:
  51AV Building Envelope Solutions products are now backed by a 15?year limited warranty, increased from the former 10?year coverage.
